Nabila Miah joined Turning Point for Women and Families as a Youth Leader in January 2023. From 2018-2022, Nabila was an active participant in Turning Point’s Youth Program and completed two summer internships. Knowing the importance of safe and inclusive spaces for youth, Nabila’s goal is to help strengthen the Youth Program, which has provided this for Muslim girls and young Muslim women for many years. She is currently pursuing a degree in Electronic Design and Multimedia at the City College of New York. Nabila is a first-generation American, born to immigrant parents from Bangladesh and speaks Bangla.
